Section Mankim – Meteing : la couche de roulement est mise en œuvre sur 46, 459 km.

Avec actuellement un taux de réalisation physique de 66.72%, les travaux de construction de cette section de 62.1 km y compris la route communale Tsap Tsap - Megang d’un linéaire de 38,400 km et un itinéraire de voirie dans la ville de Yoko, se poursuivent, avec un achèvement prévu avant le terme de cette année 2024.

Au 10 mai 2024, l’on note s’agissant de l’exécution des travaux sur le terrain, que sur le linéaire total de 62.1 km, la couche de roulement mise en œuvre jusqu’ici couvre 46, 459 km, la couche de base est exécutée sur 61, 658 km et la couche de fondation couvre quasiment la totalité du linéaire en construction soit 62, 295 km. Le rendement de l’entreprise au cours de la semaine qui vient de s’écouler est de 1.38%. Les travaux liés aux cinquante-un ouvrages hydrauliques prévus 1sur cette section sont entièrement achevés, sont en cours, les travaux de construction des ponts (huit au total). L’entreprise SINOHYDRO COORPORATION LTD a quasiment achevé la préfabrication des poutres avec 128/132 réalisées, soit 96.97%. De manière globale, les travaux de construction des ouvrages d’art sont exécutés à 55.84%. Les poutres sont posées sur l’ouvrage d’art en construction au point kilométrique 122+025 alors pour l’ouvrage en construction au point kilométrique 132+538, les culées et bossages sont achevés de même que l’ouvrage en construction au point kilométrique 133+979. Les ouvrages des points kilométriques 141+135, 154+951, 165+930 et 173+425 sont respectivement réalisés à 86%, 85%, 60% et 70%.
La mission de contrôle a réitéré à l’entreprise, le démarrage des travaux hors chaussée (perrés maçonnés – réglage des banquettes) et la régularisation de la situation contractuelle des ouvriers. S’agissant des mesures de sauvegarde environnementales, il a été prescrit à l’entreprise de veiller au respect des prescriptions environnementales et des recommandations faites lors des différentes inspections, de renforcer la signalisation sur le chantier et de démarrer la remise en état des zones d’emprunt et de dépôt.

As at 10 May 2024, it should be noted that, out of the total 62.1 km, the wearing course has been laid over 46.459 km, the base course over 61.658 km and the sub-base covers almost the entire route under construction, i.e. 62.295 km. The contractor’s output over the past week was 1.38%. Works on the fifty-one hydraulic structures planned on this section have been fully completed, and works on the bridges (eight in all) are under way. The contractor SINOHYDRO COORPORATION LTD has almost completed the prefabrication of beams, with 128/132 completed, i.e. 96.97%. Overall, 55.84% of the engineering structures have been completed. The beams have been laid on the structure under construction at kilometre point 122+025, while the abutments and bosses of the structure under construction at kilometre point 132+538 have been completed, just as the structures under construction at kilometre point 133+979. Works at kilometre points 141+135, 154+951, 165+930 and 173+425 are respectively 86%, 85%, 60% and 70% complete.
The control mission reiterated to the contractor that it should start off-road works (masonry ripraps - adjusting the embankments) and regularise the contractual situation of the workers. With regard to environmental safeguards, the company was instructed to ensure compliance with environmental requirements and the recommendations made during the various inspections, to reinforce construction signs and start restoring borrow pits and disposal areas.

Ces travaux font l’objet du marché N°209/M/MINTP/CIPM-TCRI/2023 dont l'objet *concerne l’exécution des travaux de bitumage en enduit superficiel de certaines routes dans l’arrondissement d'Edéa I, département de la Sanaga Maritime dans la région du Littoral. Le projet est financé par le BIP MINTP, exercices 2023 et suivants. Les travaux qui sont exécutés par l’entreprise Emerging Engineering CO LTD sont segmentés en deux lots.
Les tronçons concernés sont les suivants: itinéraire 1, Inter N°3 (Edea Quartier Haoussa)-Rasa-Batombe au point Kiko 5+200 sur une longueur de 3,65km et itinéraire 2, Inter N°3-Pépinière des Entreprises (Ntoumba Edea 1er sur 1 km. Sur le tronçon 1, les travaux de la tranche ferme sont exécutés à 100% et les travaux sont en cours sur le tronçon 2, avec un niveau d’exécution de 65%. Sur le site, les travaux en cours concernent le curage des ouvrages hydrauliques, l’exécution de la couche de fondation, la mise en œuvre de la couche de base en grave lateritique, l’exécution des fossés bétonnés, les essais géotechniques et levés topographiques. Il est à relever qu'après l'achèvement de cette phase, le butumage en enduit superficiel va démarrer.

These works are covered by contract No. 209/M/MINTP/CIPM-TCRI/2023, whose subject concerns the execution of surface dressing on certain roads in Edea I Sub-division, Sanaga-Maritime Division, Littoral Region. The project is financed by MINTP PIB, 2023 Financial Year et seq. The works are divided into two lots and Emerging Engineering CO LTD is the contractor in charge.
The sections concerned are as follows: route 1, Inter No. 3 (Edea, Quartier Haoussa) - Rasa - Batombe at kilometre point 5+200 over a distance of 3.65 km and route 2, Inter No. 3 - Pépinière des Entreprises (Ntoumba, Edea I over a distance of 1 km). On the first section, the firm tranche phase is fully completed, while works on the second section are ongoing with a completion rate of 65%. On the site, the works under way concern the cleansing of hydraulic structures, laying of the sub-base course, laying of the base course with lateritic gravel, construction of concrete ditches, geotechnical tests and topographic surveys. It is worth noting that once this phase is complete, the contractor will commence the surface dressing pavement.

My Point is, our community is culturally linked to West Africa and it’s even better because that’s the market that’s driving global showbiz. So, we must complete migrate to that Market.

Almost all the herbs you know and can think of, have a sort of retaliating power. There are some herbs that when you react to them in a bad way knowingly or unknowingly, they give an evil returning energy. Herbs behave like humans, since they are living things. Whatever you tell a herb and however you treat a herb, Will depends on how that herb sends back a response to you, either to benefit you or to destroy you. There are powers and spirits always around herbs, that takes hold and control and action on whatever we use herbs for and how we treat herbs. Some of the failed marriages, sexual infidelities, failed relationships, bad omen and sexually transmitted diseases are due to how people treat herbs or react to them due to ignorance or carelessness. All of these and some other problems may occur to someone just because the person released a common waste product on the herb. The major factor here is when people urinate on herbs. It brings serious consequences. There are some herbs that even when you urinate on them, your sexual organ begins to shrink and reduce in size. I’m spirituality, ignorance is not an excuse and as such, you’ll face whatever power a herb contains when you urinate on it.

The way a person reacts when you urinate on him or her, is the same way herbs react. Their reaction comes in the form of spiritual attacks. Sicknesses and other form of hardships in life is their life of retaliating to what hurts them or what they feel displeasured about. That’s why sometimes you can get an infection at your private part and no matter the drugs you use, the infection still stays. It can take years and that same infection persists. The potency of the harm from the herbs may reduce and if you’re lucky, such an infection or problem may go. If you’re not, then you need to see a powerful herbalist to free you from all that. It’s very hurting to be punished severely for a wrong you’re not aware of or doing something which you don’t even know it’s bad or a crime. Whenever you get down from your car, know where to urinate. You just don’t urinate anyhow anywhere. It’s a very terrible habit in spirituality. When you feel to urinate, make sure that place is devoid of bush or any herbs. You can use your feet to clear the ground where you want to urinate incase you find yourself in a bushy area. Some herbs cause barrenness and impotence when people take delight in urinating on it. Other herbs also cause bad luck, all kinds of evil and life problems if urinated on. When you take little warnings in spirituality for granted, you’ll pay dearly for it. Don’t just open your legs and urinate anywhere anyhow!!
