It is said that M'mouck is a tribe in the Western part of Cameroon belonging to the Bamiléke ethnic group. The M'mouck group is made up of four villages
- M'mouck Leteh
-M'mouck Fossimondi
-M'mouckbie
-Mmuock Leleng

The first three villages are found in Lebialem division, while M'mouck Leleng lies in the French speaking part of the West ( Menoua division)
