Southern Cameroon Development Agency(SCDA) created in 1956 was the the biggest agency in southern Cameroon, that took charge of agricultural projects in the area.
One of their most important project was the Santa Coffee estate where they invested hundreds of millions.
In 1961, the company (SCDA) was transformed into West Cameroon Development Agency(WCDA) and in 1973, the company went d0wn.
